Shipping Options During Onboarding

During the onboarding process, Orderful provides three selectable shipping options for your customers: Shipping, Local Pickup, and Local Delivery. Each option has its own settings for days of operation, order volumes, and schedules, allowing for customized management. Additionally, this can be adjusted in the settings section.


Local Delivery: When enabled, you can specify a list of valid zip codes for this service. Zip code settings are accessible on the settings page of the application.


Local Pickup: Local pickup allows customers to collect their orders directly from your designated locations. Setup includes designating pickup points which can be managed within the app settings.


Shipping: For scheduled shipping deliveries, you need to enable the available shipping rates predefined in your Shopify store, which integrates automatically with Orderful. Additionally, you must specify the number of days required to ship an item under each service. For example, if expedited shipping takes 2 days at a cost of $10, customers can then schedule a delivery at least 2 days post-checkout, factoring in any lead times.
